As a brand-new player in the travel industry, Grafton had no existing content, visual identity, or digital presence. We were truly starting from scratch, but that blank canvas gave us the freedom to build something bold, fresh, and completely unlike anything else in the market.
Grafton didn’t want to blend in with the typical safari websites. They wanted something unique, a digital experience that stood out, told a compelling story, and reflected the high quality of their customized travel packages. The challenge was clear: create a site that feels premium, personal, and unforgettable, just like the journeys they offer.

Design
Grafton was looking for a professional website that felt both refined and luxurious, something that would instantly communicate quality and trust. We began by exploring a wide range of logo directions, helping ti define the brand’s visual voice from the ground up.
To strike the right balance between elegance and readability, we paired a serif typeface with a clean sans-serif counterpart. The design puts visual storytelling front and center: rich photography and immersive video transport visitors straight into the heart of Tanzania.
To let these visuals shine, the rest of the interface was intentionally soft and understated. Gentle gradients and light background bring calm and clarity, allowing the journeys and the landscapes to speak for themselves.

Development
To elevate the luxurious feel of the design, we brought it to life with carefully crafted animations. Smooth transitions, subtle fade-ins, and elegant image scaling create a sense of movement and depth, making the entire site feel like the beginning of a journey. Every interaction adds to the immersive experience, without getting in the way.
Under the hood, we made sure the website is not just beautiful, but also flexible. Using Storyblok as the CMS, Grafton can now update and manage their content with ease, whether they’re launching a new tour or updates a detail on the fly. Full control, without compromising on style.
